Say Hello to Your Integrations Command Center

Today’s teams rely on an array of tools to get work done. But with projects and workflows scattered across disparate systems, the constant context switching is disruptive and inefficient. The recent widespread move to remote work only adds to the challenges. This is one of the problems we set out to solve in building the modern workplace service desk. By centralizing data around the tools you already use, we’re helping you break down information silos.

🚀  Today, we’re taking that one step further with the launch of atSpoke’s Integrations Command Center (ICC) and the inaugural integration with Okta.

With atSpoke’s Integrations Command Center, your modern ecosystem—including Okta, Jamf, PagerDuty, Asana, BambooHR and more—is now threaded together by atSpoke for faster service desk operations. Every internal team can access these tools from within Slack and atSpoke. No more context switching, toggling and wasted time.

Key benefits of atSpoke’s Integrations Command Center:

As atSpoke CEO Jay Srinivasan highlights in our press announcement, remote working has intensified the need for employees to have a seamless connection to the critical apps that enable them to do their jobs.

“In today’s changed workplace, productivity and fluid workflows are paramount. Employees are being asked to do more—even beyond the workday—which makes convenient, fast tools even more critical to help teams get work done quickly. The Integrations Command Center and atSpoke’s integration with Okta help reduce the time it takes for IT teams to resolve employee requests, and gives IT time back to focus on high impact work. We are eager to continue rolling out our integration partners to deliver the most value to customers.”

Integrations you can enable today

atSpoke supports integrations with several best-in-breed tools—across a breadth of categories—so teams have the flexibility of choosing applications that best fit their needs. See below for the top five integrations we support today.

1. Okta

Okta provides identity management for the enterprise. IT teams can trigger Okta actions directly within Slack and atSpoke tickets, eliminating time wasted switching between tools.

Setting up Okta in atSpoke is simple. Once enabled, you can trigger actions from the bolt icon in the top right of a request.

Triggering an Okta action in atSpoke, whether manually or via an action task (more on this below!), will open a modal to include additional information. When an action is completed, an update is added to the request panel for posterity.

According to atSpoke’s data, Okta is one of the most widely used apps across IT teams, with 60% more requests than any other integration. With the combined power of the two companies via the ICC, IT agents can maintain their workflow by triggering actions in Okta directly from an atSpoke request to keep work moving forward without having to continuously switch between apps.

“This integration allows our team to move faster and more efficiently, while still allowing the ability to track and follow all actions taken on a request from within the ticket in real-time. atSpoke and Okta are essential to our internal support team’s core operations.”

2. Asana

Asana helps teams organize projects, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate from anywhere. Toggling between atSpoke and Asana means losing valuable time. Now, easily push any atSpoke request to Asana. By pairing an atSpoke request with an Asana task, you can quickly hand off a request, maintaining context and reducing friction between departments.

3. Jamf

Jamf is the industry standard when it comes to the management of macOS computers and iOS devices. Fast-moving IT teams deal with tech issues all day, often pivoting between several tools to resolve these issues. But when relevant data is not easily accessible and scattered across systems, IT teams must tediously connect this information.

atSpoke’s integration with Jamf enables you to automate Jamf workflows, sync employee assets, and view device information for full context right within a request.

4. PagerDuty

PagerDuty is the leading incident management platform that empowers teams with the insight to intelligently respond to critical disruptions. Turn any atSpoke request into a PagerDuty incident to enable better cross-functional collaboration and improve ticket response and resolution times by escalating to the right teams.

5. Zoom

Zoom is the leader in modern enterprise video communications that makes video and web conferencing frictionless. Start a meeting from any atSpoke request with one click so you never have to pivot apps.

Check out our Integrations Command Center for a complete list of available integrations with atSpoke.

Weave integrated actions into tasks

Integrations also support action tasks, which allow you to run any third-party action as a task on a request. atSpoke will sequentially display which actions to take next in your task list—whether it’s managing user groups and passwords, accessing user status, or resetting requesters factors for multi-factor authentication—thus streamlining complex workflows and helping agents resolve common issues faster.

Trigger actions across multiple channels

Take actions directly within Slack or the atSpoke web app so you’ll never have to pivot to complete workflows. Similar to the in-app experience, running third-party actions will open a modal for additional information. Once you’ve completed the task, you’ll receive a threaded update in Slack.

Are you down with ICC?

atSpoke’s mission is to give employees access to the knowledge and services they need to do their best work. ICC is just the beginning of the many integrations and workflows we hope to power with atSpoke this year.
