atSpoke’s July Product Highlights

We hope you enjoyed July and are continuing to stay safe and healthy during this time. While nothing is business as usual these days, the atSpoke team remains focused on building service desk features that empower teams to deliver better internal support faster, and that are intuitive and easy to use for all employees. For a closer look at some of the underpinnings that drive our technology, read our latest content on: 🎊 Also, stay tuned for a big product announcement next week. I can’t reveal any details but I’ll give you one hint: it will transform the way you work. Without further ado, here’s a list of what’s new from July:
  1. Activity Log
  2. Unlimited form fields in Slack
  3. Manage saved segments
  4. Retroactively set requests to private
  5. Modified form fields in request export

1. Activity Log

The activity log provides a comprehensive record of every change and update, from who made the change to when it happened within a given time period. Now you can easily monitor, audit, and share this data for more than 100 actions across atSpoke. Generating an activity log is simple. Head over to export settings and select between different data types to understand the actions taken on specific components.

2. Unlimited form fields in Slack

Request type forms minimize the back-and-forth that employees have to go through to get help at work. To easily handle multi-step workflows across all channels, we now support an unlimited number of fields on request types in Slack.

3. Manage saved segments

Custom resource segments help teams protect sensitive information and share content with relevant groups. Now, you can edit any existing segment or delete segments that are no longer being used, to reduce clutter and potential confusion.

4. Retroactively set requests to private

If auto-privacy is enabled for a team, we now retroactively mark all existing requests as private as well (open, pending, locked, done). We’ll also send notifications for any open and pending requests so users are aware request visibility has changed. Previously, changing privacy settings did not impact existing requests.

5. Modified form fields in request export

Export any request you have access to from the “More” menu. Exporting requests are simpler, faster, and now include any form field changes for posterity.
Thanks for reading and be well! Until next time.
