The activity log provides a comprehensive record of every change, update, who made the change, and when it happened within a given time period. Now admins can easily monitor, audit, and share this data for more than 100 actions.
Our activity log supports several data types. Select between requests, knowledge, teams, request types, and more to understand the actions taken on specific components. Generate this data for the past day, week, month or any custom date range. Once exported, you can filter by specific actions to quickly revert changes that could cause unwanted downstream effects, like unintentionally making all HR requests public.
