February might be the shortest month of the year, but that didn’t stop us from releasing a ton of new features and improvements in atSpoke ✨
Check out what’s new below, and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions, comments or ideas!
We introduced an all-new Teams! For better browsing, we sectioned off the teams you belong to above all others in your organization. Team details also got a fresh coat of paint with new components and a sidebar that displays metrics, details, enabled integrations and more.
New user roles & permissions that can be managed at both the organization and team level. Permissions let you control which information is public or private, who can edit team settings, and who is a part of your org.
Sequential Tasks are useful for managing work that needs to be completed in a particular order. Task assignees will know when to work on what—and how the timing of their work will impact the rest of the team—without having to check in.
Ensure work moves forward from request to approval so everyone knows where work stands and what action needs to be taken. Approvals allow you to create specific tasks within your workflow so that you can easily assign these to a manager for sign off.
Help your team triage requests and eliminate some of the organizational chaos with Team Tags. To use Team Tags, simply navigate to your team’s page, select the Tags tab, and click Add tag.
We added an all-new flyout to the request list so you can keep track of incomplete or upcoming tasks. Click on the checkmark icon to reveal a sidebar that displays an ordered list of assigned tasks, sorted by due date or request.
We overhauled request privacy settings to help you more easily manage who can view and triage unassigned requests. As always, atSpoke learns when agents manually file requests under a team, and will be more likely to route correctly the next time.
Stay tuned for new releases coming to you all through March! From recently announced Team Schedules to Service Level Agreements and Configuration Items—we still have a lot more in development for you.
